Convention Schedule & Events

Throughout the weekend, you’ll be able to participate in watching D&D and Fantasy Movies on the big screen, silent raffles and door prizes, board games and trivia, and much more! 

While we have scheduled out specific tables into “RPG Blocks” for the sake of organization, you are not restricted to these tables/systems by any means! We encourage you to sign up for the tables you’re interested in, or to reserve a table for yourself if you’d like to DM/GM a game. Most tables will have “Reserved for X Event” signs on them!

There will be some tables available for free play rpg games (these will have signs that say so!) and are first-come, first-served. Please do not “camp out” — take a short rest and then let another party travel in!

A complete and updated schedule will be available closer to the convention date.

Beholder Bazaar (Vendors)

Friday: 5pm – 10pm**

Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 6pm

**Friday is Optional for our vendors to be open, so please do not expect them to be at their table! It’s a short day and most are wanting to play games too! Stop by and say hi if they are!

Food & Drink

This year, we have food! We have planned in “breaks” around RPG blocks throughout the weekend so you don’t have to worry about missing out on a single second of your game! We’ll have catered deli sandwiches available for purchase with cash, card, or meal voucher; just follow the signs!
